Bike Capsule
The above pictures show the bike cover I purchased for my new toy.  It is named "Bike Capsule" and is made by PDK Company. The main reason I purchased it is because I live in the middle of the island and the humidity level is very high. This capsule has a 12v fan with a filter that keeps fresh air circulating inside the bubble, evaporating the water and eliminating the condensation. It also discourages any dust from entering the bubble and protect the bike from the oxidation process.

The bike you see at the side is my wife's Honda Shadow 750.

Chrome Floorboard Covers

The first picture is the Hondaline Instrument Accent in wood. This creates a classic look to the instrument panel that looks very elegant. I think it looks prettier on red/blue bikes.

The second picture is the Hondaline Chrome Floorboard Cover, designed to cover that dull area once the floorboards are up. No more chrome parts in that area are necessary. I really like the flow of the lines created by the Stainless Steel Frame and covering those parts with chrome will be an overkill. Also the scuff covers look better in the original flat black color. That way they do not compete with the paint continuation of the side covers and saddle bags. They will also match perfectly with the seats.

Front Fender Emblem and CF Trim
Ion Auxiliary Lights

This first picture shows the Gold Wing Emblem that dress up the front fender. I like the fender as it is and love the sporty look, so nothing else will be added to that area. Also in the second picture you may see the Ion auxiliary lights during daylight. They change from clear to yellow to blue color. Nice looking babies.

The second picture is a close up of the Ion lights. At night they glow very bright but do not disturb the night vision of other drivers plus are very convenient on rainy and foggy days. The vendor says they opaque the reflection of the wet road and believe me they work great!!!.

Thanks to an idea posted in the GL1800 Yahoo group, I purchased a black door edge trim used for cars and used it to fill the gap between the openings and the lights. Now it gives a final professional looking touch.

Fenner's Flap
Gold Cylinder Head Emblem
The first picture shows the Fenner's Flap. It was named after Brian Fenner, who designed and posted it on the Internet. It looks very elegant. I did mine purchasing the Hondaline Chrome Fender Extension. The flap may be found at any Wall Mart or Pep Boys store and is a normal car mud flap. Be careful to only extend the rubber flap for 3" long after the edge of the fender extension. Making it longer will scuff the lower cowl (being there, done that). It looks good and the best part is that it really protects the bike from dirt and grits coming through the holes in the handlebars up to the dashboard of the bike, sometimes hitting your face.

Following the "ABS" logo design located on the front fender, I decided to purchase the Hondaline Gold Emblem to dress the Cylinder Head Cover. There are 4 different styles but the prettier ones have the eagle but no 1800 is shown. I think one of the major impression factors of this bike is when people see the 1800 cc. The Gold emblem (that happens to be the least expensive) has the 1800 but is only gold color so making the letters black would look great. I cleaned the area well and using a syringe I applied black paint over the letters and characters. You may see the final result in this last picture. It looks awesome!!!
